Ladies, prepare to flip!   Many of us spent a fair amount of our childhoods reading Cinderella and imagining ourselves at the ball with our own Prince Charming.  Well prepare for some princess moments of sweeping beauty in this blog that will make you nostalgic for your wedding dresses and those Cinderella moments!

These gorgeous newlyweds had been married less than two weeks when Amy decided she wanted to break out her hand made wedding gown for one more day to enjoy its beauty with the man she’ll be spending the rest of her life.

Amy flew out just one time to be measured and then stayed in contact with Chia during the creation.  I have photographed Amy before so whe

n she contacted me about shooting a Glam the Dress session for her, I was thrilled!

Glam the Dress sessions bring out the princess in every woman.  They are a chance to showcase a treasured gown without the rush of a wedding day—aka dream session for me!  Some women are scheduling these on the heels of their wedding day, like Amy did, while others are pulling their gowns back out after years of being packed away.  In both instances the desire is the same—bringing a bit of magic to our daily lives!

ago, where she’s from, with a very fun urban backdrop.  However, Amy had romantic visions of frolicking in a meadow with her two favorite boys—Rob and Marley.   She knew who to contact to make that vision a reality. 😉

Marley was on Amy’s save the date card and now he has a starring role in their Glam the Dress session.  He’ll also be appearing on their thank you cards.  Can you guess which image Amy has chosen?

I am so excited about this session….it’s sweeping gorgeousness is such a wonderful tribute to the power of love and beauty….can’t even tell you how much I love partnering with a woman to help her feel like Cinderella for a tiny space in time and then forever after when she has her gorgeous images!

A mutual friend, Jill Jackson, showed up on the scene of our session after the sun had set with a little “Here Comes The Bride” sign for Marly to wear.  This was a total surprise for Amy (and Marley)!  Marley wasn’t so interested in wearing the sign, but he didn’t mind posing with it!
