family farm

C A P T U R E D  blog followers will remember these adorable sweet peas from their birthday session last year and when their baby sister Anna Claire arrived.  I mentioned that if Cameron Diaz and Nicole Kidman were sisters—this is what they would have looked like as little girls!  Well, a year has passed and the Pitrones are back! Several of you mentioned remembering these dear ones from last year.

The Pitrone’s certainly have a whole lot of cuteness and a whirlwind of activity with three very active little girls!  Amy and Pat have a great system of team work set up where it’s clear they are great partners in raising their sweet family.  The girls keep them laughing and anticipating the unexpected all day long!  Then of course falling into bed very, very sleepy every night!

We had their session on “Gami’s” farm.  The girls were so excited that they got to go to Gami’s house and see her.  Immediately they began exploring and playing in her house in a way that spoke of a lot of familiarity for them.  It was really sweet to see children so comfortable and at home at their grandmother’s house.   Wow, won’t these images bring back so many wonderful memories for them as they get older!

Amy’s already talking about family photos in the same place next year—there are sooo many wonderful spots to photograph as the girls get bigger, I have a feelng this is going to be an amazing go to spot over the years for the Pitrones!  With 125 acres, the sky’s the limit!

(Libby and Kate’s idea from mom’s spare necklace choices—love that kids can always be counted on to bring the unexpected!)

What an honor it is to see that I am beginning to see families grow right before my eyes.  Amy joked that there was no way she could return to department store style portrait sessions after her C A P T U R E D experiences.  With time and space to run and play, lifestyle photography is such a beautiful way to record children as they grow!  These are the images that will bring a flood of emotion!  Amy read the article several of you sent me re “mom’s be in the photos with your kids” and she knew it was time to have herself included!  I’m so glad!

(Kate’s expression had me laughing so hard I almost cried!  That is sisterly love!)

Here’s to many wonderful adventures and exploring all the world has before you girls!
