Rew Crew

The Rew’s joined me for some fun fall family portraits.  Ben and Addie jumped right in to their portraits eagerly!  It was really cool for me to see Ben in the mature big brother role.  Ben is a dear friend of my twin boys so I usually see his silly side!  They usually spend a lot of time playing soccer, trading Pokkemon and creating claw machine games out of crab soup pots and salad tongs!

Not today though, I got to see a very different side of Ben as he helped to lead Addie as only big brothers can do.  It’s pretty clear this is a bond these two will share their whole lives and one that will be a blessing to them both.

I found it amazing to learn that Addie used to be shy!  This little girl who was all too happy to dance silly, sing ‘I whip my hair’ and make her trademark face for the camera below!  Mom cracked up in delight with this C A P T U R I N G  of Addie below!

Grandmom joined us too in celebration of some of her favorite people in the world!

It was important to Ben to have a few football images of himself to share with his best bud Braxtyn!

Here’s where the “I whip my hair” song came in!  This was exactly 2 seconds AFTER mom had finished brushing Addie’s hair!  Yes it was windy–but this was all the exuberance of childhood silliness and what a delight to have caught this!

 Portrait sessions should C A P T U R E  what we love most in this life…check!

It’s a great big world out there Rew’s—explore it with eyes filled with wonder!
