–Millions of people around the
world spend hours dreaming of one day possibly moving to America.  For most, this dream remains just that, a
dream.  Occasionally though, the dream becomes
a reality.  This was the case for
Jenniffer 5 years ago.

América. Para muchos, este sueño se queda sólo en un sueño. Ocasionalmente
aunque, el sueño llega a ser una realidad. Esto fue el caso para Jenniffer hace

–>Jenniffer came to the States
when she was 20 years old from Guatemala. 
Her uncle helped her to find work cleaning houses immediately.  She hasn’t stopped cleaning houses almost
daily since she arrived.  All the while
she diligently works on her English, which is very strong now.  In fact, she helps friends of hers who are
not bi-lingual, as they navigate life in America. 

Jenniffer vino a los Estados
cuando tenia 20 años de Guatemala. Con la ayuda de Dios y su tío que la ayudó a
encontrar casas de limpieza de trabajo despues de casi dos años de estar aqui.
Este es su medio de subsistencia y ayuda para su familia.  Todo el tiempo ella trabaja diligentemente en
su inglés, que es muy fuerte ahora. De hecho, ella ayuda a amigos que no son
bilingües a desenvolverse en America.

–>This Couture session was a
gift to Jenniffer from someone she cleans homes for.  It was to celebrate how hard she works every
day to serve the women’s homes she cleans.  
The gift giver wanted her to have an opportunity to see her own
beautiful.  It’s not often Jenniffer has
a chance to be pampered and have a true Cinderella experience and she said it
was a day she won’t ever forget.  And then,
just like all the other Couture women, she returned to her ponytail and resumed
her work cleaning homes. 

Esta sesión fotografica de
alta calidad fue un regalo a Jenniffer de alguien a quien ella le limpia la
casa. Fue una manera de celebrar cuán duro trabaja cada día en limpieza, El
donador del regalo deseó que tuviera una oportunidad de verse mas hermosa. No
es a menudo, Jenniffer con esto tuvo la oportunidad de ser mimada y tiener una
verdadera experiencia de Cenicienta y ella dijo que fue un día que ella no
olvidará. Y entonces, como todas las otras mujeres  despues de todo esto regreso a sus casas de

—Jenniffer hoped that she
would find a new life and work when she came to America, and she did.  Little did she know that God would have much
larger plans for her.   She would find
Him.  This was not anything she could
have ever predicted, but it has been the defining event of her life. 

Jenniffer no esperó que
encontrara una nueva vida y el trabajo cuando vino a América.  Poco hizo pues
sabe que Dios tendría planes mucho más más grande para ella. Esto no fue
nadaque ella jamás podría haber predicho, pero ha sido el acontecimiento que
define de su vida.

–>Jenniffer’s relationship with
God is the most important thing to her.  
Today she attends International Community Church.    God is her salvation and the hope she
clings to.  He is her comfort in the
loneliness of missing her family.  He is
her Father God and for that she is eternally grateful for her journey to
America!     

La relación de Jenniffer con
Dios es lo más importante . Hoy asiste la Iglesia Internacional de la
Comunidad. Dios es su salvación y la esperanza a que se adhiere. Es su consuelo
en la soledad en ausencia fisica de su familia. ¡Dios es su Padre y a El le está
eternamente agradecida por haberla encontrado y haberle dado una manera
diferente de ver la vida.
