It’s Fathers Day weekend, a chance to honor the men in our lives who give of themselves to build into the lives around them. Sometimes when they do that, they are met with a love that pierces more deeply than you thought possible. Sometimes that love comes from a little girl whose impish grin melts the hearts of all she meets.
Collins tells me she’s a princess and her daddy is her king. She tells me she calls him King because that’s just what he is. She’ll seek him out, wherever she is because she knows he’s to be found and he loves her like there’s no tomorrow.
