Blog followers may recognize Nathan, one of our JDP seniors who was in this summer for his senior portrait experience. Mom and Dad loved what we created so much, they wanted to have all 3 of their boys captured together before Nathan takes off to college and the military.
It’s clear as day how much Brady and Peyton look up to Nathan. He’s the big brother who looks out for them, who picks up fast food for them, who plays football with them and reminds them to always keep their eye on the ball.
These three share a special bond that will certainly make Nathan’s absence felt strongly when he heads off to school next fall. Something tells me there will be no shortage of Facetime calls in the Forte household!
The boys did such a great job on their session I told them, they could end with a throw into the pool. Nathan was more than happy to oblige tossing his little brothers in and they couldn’t wait! One of the sweetest moments with this scene was prior to the toss…all the boys on the diving board…Brady and Peyton clowning around with the bouncy board and then they suddenly started playing air guitar…Nathan watched with a smile, then joined his brothers in the air guitar solo! This is life with boys…
Lastly, this will go down as one of my all time favorite athlete portraits…I told Brady to give me his ‘facing your opponent on the mat face.’ He did and I couldn’t have loved it more!! Oh and how could I have almost forgotten?!?—this little tough guy came up to his Momma at the end of the session and put his hand on her cheek and said, ‘thank you Mom for doing this’ with sincerity that I think Cathy will take that memory into her rocking chair years!!
