JDP senior Ryan

JDP senior Ryan’s portrait session says so much about this great kid I’ve known and photographed for the last 6 years.  I’ve watched Ryan grow from an elementary school kid to now a young man preparing to launch out in life hopefully at George Washington University in the fall.

Consistently, what I’ve witnessed over the last 6 years is the incredible young man Ryan’s growing into.  Ryan is a kid who takes nothing for granted.  He works hard at the tasks set before him and then goes above and beyond what anyone was expecting.  Always, his respect for the people that surround him is a top priority for him.  In every setting he rises up to be a leader, whether it be in the classroom the fields or the workplace. 

Ryan’s love of politics is no secret to anyone who knows him.  Neither is his plans to be president someday.  Most recently he actively campaigned for Bernie Sanders and is passionate about learning all he can about our past presidents.  He know which ones he admires and always speaks respectfully of them, whether he agrees with them politically or not.

Always a pleasure Ryan and I wait with baited breath to hear the words, “you have a call from the Oval office re a portrait request.”  Till then…here’s a little blast from your past!
