JDP senior Jake

Meet JDP senior Jake in all his awesomeness!  He’s one of our 2020’s we are still creating for thanks to Covid-19 turning the world upside down!  Yes, we are simultaneously currently creating for 2020s, 2021s and have several people on our 2022 guarantee a spot/wait list.  Crazy times for sure!  Click here to contact us about your own custom portraits.

Mom had Jake’s senior portraits done prior to his time at JDP, but was not pleased with how her boy was captured…the boy who melts her heart with his impish smile and looks down in a bashful way because he knows how much he is adored and loved by his mom…it was missing from her first portrait time.  She knew there was more to capture her Jakey and went on a search for who could do that for her…and found our JDP senior line, thanks to Google.

Jake’s Audi A4 is a pretty big deal to him, as is true for most boys.  Cars, baseball and hanging with his friends…sounds like his story should be featured in a John Cougar Mellencamp song!

Jake grew up on the baseball fields and it’s where he’s made some of his best memories.  His mom was always the team mom making sure the team was run like a well oiled machine. She brings the experience of a business woman who has thrived in a mans’ world with her Harman Bittorie Homes business, so managing a team of boys was always her jam.

She misses watching Jake play and cherishes the memories of watching him in the role of catcher and first base.  So how awesome that we could create these dynamic baseball portraits for her to always remember the power her boy brought to the game!

Jake is headed to the prestigious High Point University any day now and his mom couldn’t be more excited for him.  He qualified to earn admittance to High Point’s early decision after an intense process!  He flew to the campus for a live reveal celebration ceremony, but only after a full day’s activities waiting to find out if he’d been accepted.

High Point’s specialty is preparing their students with life skills for the corporate world to lay a foundation for success for their professional careers.  Currently, Jake doesn’t see himself working in his mom’s business, but he does envision himself in accounting as a CPA.

Jake it was a pleasure creating for you and your mom!  I wish you all the best as you spread your wings to fly!  May you soar to heights you never imagined!  And it’s abundantly clear your mom will be your biggest cheerleader each step of the way!  Here’s an excerpt your mom shared celebrating her love for you…”A young man stands now where my baby used to be, and the sight of him all grown up really moves me. My Son has become more of strong young man than I ever dreamed he could be. I know by looking at him that God has blessed me in ways that years ago I never would have believed. He is an adult to the world and that is how it should be, but in my heart and soul he will always be my little boy…” Love you Jake ❤️”
