It’s that time of year I debate even more heartily than the year in review top 100ish my/client faves I shared yesterday. It’s no exaggeration to say that my personal favorites are constantly in flux. However, at this moment in time, these are the portraits that are emblazoned on my mind for their striking beauty/impact from the 2021 shooting season. I’m at a loss to explain why, but I definitely remember each and every one of these moments in the creative process. These portraits grabbed hold of me and wouldn’t let go. My only regret is that you see them as compressed web files on your phones, when my desire would be for them to be viewed as 24×36’s on a museum wall so you could really stand back and take in the many levels of their beauty.
