great falls

The trees were popping when I joined the Collins family at Great Falls for a portrait session recently.  Family portraits are very important to Julie and this family worked so well together to create beautiful portraits.

Toddler boys are some of my favorite people on this planet but they will require the full stamina of every able bodied adult in the vicinity to try to direct them towards what the rest of a group is doing.  Julie and Jude were great partners in accomplishing what you see in this beautiful blog!  I’m certain we all slept well that night, including little Ryder!  If only toddlers could share a sliver of that unbounding energy with us adults!

Ryder’s only 19 months old but his love of lacrosse is something he has taken on from Daddy already!  Jude played at Carolina and professionally also—I see good things in your future Ryder!

Tyler and Addison were great sports also to help accomplish the task at hand!  As their reward at the end they got to play make believe fairy godmother and butterfly in the magical woods! The joy is just written all over their little faces!

Seemingly insignificant image, but speaks volumes about this stage of life for Julie!  This is the lengths moms will go to to try and interest their very curious and active little boys into family photos!  “Look what mom has Ryder!”  P R I C E L E S S S!

Fly little butterfly…I give you wings!

 Sisterhood is a beautiful thing!

I would be remiss not to mention that much loved Bunny also joined us for portraits!

I wish you all the best Collins family and may you make more magic in the woods very soon! 😉
