Stacy and Joe would like to introduce you to God’s newest blessing in their life, their healthy daughter Norah. Norah is just 5 days old here. She was alert and active in utero and true to her first 9 months, she was alert and active for her newborn session.
Norah has been born into a home filled with love and a desire to follow the Lord every step of their journey. One way Stacy shows her love is through her creative abilities. Norah is certainly in store for some amazing home-made creations from her Mom. Stacy is in her last year of pharmacy school but manages to find time for many amazing creations. Most often her creations are made with love for others but now it’s time for her creations to adorn her own home. Norah’s beautiful quilt below was made with love by her Momma.
Stacy has been a fan of my portrait work for a long time. She knew she wanted a very simple newborn session with a heavy emphasis on the relational component. Perfect! Stacy is also a big fan of black and whites for their simple elegance.
Unfortunately, Joe had to work but anyone who knows him knows Norah is channeling his look below in his honor! Joe’s been ready to start his fatherhood journey for a while. He’s been a great uncle to his nephews and now it’s time to put all that experience into practice for his little girl!
Sweet baby Norah, these days will pass in a blur of sleepless nights, but these images will take your Momma and Daddy back to the smell of your newborn little head, your wide eyed alertness at all things new and your tiny fingers and toes. Know that you are deeply loved and your Momma and Daddy will be your biggest cheerleader and source of encouragement through this life. May the face of the Lord smile upon you and His grace follow you all the days of your life.
