Welcome Jeremy

When it’s clear from an early age how bright your daughter is, it’s expected that any mother and father would dream big dreams for their daughter.  Linda saw great potential in her daughter Kharia and encouraged her to reach for the stars. 

Linda enrolled Kharia in Montessori school to help her reach her full potential.  However, when she’d ask Kharia what she did at school that day, Kharia would report she washed windows and played with babies.  Ever since she was a little girl, all Kharia could remember was that she wanted to be a mother.  For years that’s been to Cocoa her pup who follows her around endlessly.

It’s pretty clear Kharia’s desire to be a mom came from the beautiful relationship she shares with her mom who Jeremy will call Geechy.  They seem to be each other’s biggest cheerleaders through this life.  Their wit is quick and their laughter comes as easily as it does quick.   Kharia can’t help but sing the praises of her mom for all the help she’s been since Jeremy’s arrival. 

Little Jeremy is surrounded by so much love, that’s also very clear.  Linda will care for Jeremy while Kharia returns to her work as a physician.  She knows Jeremy couldn’t be in better hands.  I imagine the tears as Khaira heads off to work will be abundant; however, the snuggles at the end of the day will also be plentiful.  Kharia’s tears at her View & Choose will be something I always remember…this baby was long awaited and his delivery was nothing short of a miracle that Kharia survived.   The Lord’s hand of protection is on this Momma & baby and may His face shine upon them all the days of their life.
