JDP senior Iain

Meet JDP senior Iain!  Iain’s family came for a pre-consult planning meeting for upcoming family portraits and mom mentioned that she wasn’t happy with Iain’s school senior portraits and was also considering having me create senior portraits for him.

It’s a familiar story to me and why a fair amount of seniors appear before my lens.  Iain’s one of those kids who seems to have brilliant thoughts always percolating in his mind.  Given his parents equally brilliant minds, it’s no surprise!  He will likely be attending RIT to study cybersecurity.

Iain is a kid who is fascinated by the workings of the universe and the book he’s holding has captured his imagination for many hours of his life.

Iain’s family decided to adopt a dog 4 years ago.  They had one picked out at a shelter but when they arrived the dog was gone…however, Kiera was there!  Kiera is much loved by everyone in the family.  She had been given up because she had Lyme’s disease.  Iain’s family nursed her back to health and she’s been bringing them joy ever since.

Iain is a big fan of Magic the Gathering and enjoys playing with his family and friends.  I was excited to create the scenes you see below commemorating the joy he’s shared with his people.
